AWARD LAYOUTS

To purchase an official certified RIAA Award plaque
the recipient must be credited on the album, single, or DVD
Once a purchase has been made we will verify the credit with
the record company prior to manufacture.
You will be asked to enter your credit on the album - your credit indicates what you did on a track or tracks - e.g: writer, artist, engineer etc

Plaques will indicate the highest certification level (unless otherwise requested)
and will contain a blank silver CD and cover art of your selected artist/title
If you prefer to have the original CD in you plaque there will be an additional charge of $25.
Worldwide plaques are available in the same designs

Plaques for titles that are not certified are available upon request
