**All requests for Certified Awards and use of copyright materials must be submitted for prior authorization to the appropriate Record Companies.
** Anyone, other than Record companies, who wish to purchase an RIAA Certified Award must list your detailed album credits.
** All RIAA orders require that you obtain Record Company Authorization prior to manufacture and submit the signed form with your order.

** Any damage resulting from shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have received a damaged plaque. Please keep original packing for inspection by the shipper. Original packaging is required in order to receive insurance reimbursement. We cannot be responsible for any damages not reported to us upon receipt.
